This week we take some time to introduce Emilios Yiannakakis, CEO for Boss GTS. Emilios was born and bred in Richards Bay. A Zululand boy by birth. His tenacity and “never say die” attitude ring true of his Zululand roots.  For a small-town boy, there was nothing small about his dreams. Emilios always aspired for greatness. A small town was not the stage for his show. In 2019 Emilios moved to Ballito, and rest, as they say, is history.

“Garage Gurus”

Emilios started his path in business but soon turned his focus to I.T and all the trials and triumphs that go with it. After completing his MCSE in 2008, Emilios began the treacherous but rewarding journey as an I.T technician. With each passing day, his confidence in his skill grew. He moved quickly through the ranks to the role of Head Systems Engineer. The day his contract of employment ended was the day he truly began to flourish.

Emilios stepped out on his own and was joined by Daniel Machial a few months later. Together they forged their path in a brutal industry. Emilios developed a strong bond and working relationship with Darren Coetzee, who later became the third cog in this well-oiled machine and Boss Hosting emerged. Their move from the garage to their dream office prompted the name change to Boss GTS – Global Technology Solutions.

As CEO, Emilios is business-minded and runs a tight ship. His business degree, technical knowledge and experience serve him well when dealing with clients and understanding their needs to provide appropriate, working solutions. As with any piece of equipment, every part plays an integral role in efficient and effective functioning, and Boss GTS is no different. Emilios has the full support of his team that work towards common goals. His strong understanding of the value of building and maintaining business relationships stand him in good stead when dealing with clients.
